IGP PAESTUM
A wine with a ruby red color turning to garnet red over time. This showcase wine possesses a mouthwatering acidity, which keeps it fresh and complements a variety of protein-based food. Its fruit skews in the direction of brambly berries, wild strawberries, and fresh cherries with an underpinning of sweet and woodsy spices and a touch of something more savory, like mushrooms or minerals. As it ages, those savory notes come to the forefront, while the brightness keeps it fresh and food friendly.

IGP PAESTUM
The black Aglianico grape is grown in only two regions of southern Italy: Campania and Basilicata. These regions near Naples are rich in volcanic soils resulting in a full-bodied red wine with notes of white pepper, leather, cured meat, and black fruits. This is a rustic wine with earthy flavors and aromas. It is initially dry and warm with a strong, but elegant, body. The flavor is intense and enveloping, with a remarkable aromatic persistence.

IGP CAMPANIA
With its yellow straw color, Falanghina’s taste profile is a blend of freshness and complexity starting with the zesty citrus notes reminiscent of freshly squeezed lemons or sun-ripened oranges. This vibrant acidity awakens the palate and sets the stage for the crisp green apple flavor that follows adding a refreshing and slightly tart dimension. Beyond the fruit, delicate floral undertones such as hints of blossoming jasmine or elderflower add an ethereal layer to the experience, elevating the wine’s complexity.

IGP PAESTUM
The name means “Tail of the Fox” and was given in reference to the variety’s long, pendulous bunches of grapes, which resemble a fox’s busy tail. Coda di Volpe grapes are golden yellow in color as is the wine they make. The flavor is dry, balanced, and fresh. This wine goes well with appetizers and first courses of fish, pasta, white meats, mozzarella, and grilled vegetables.
